Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and if something gets in your way, we want to hear about it.

Our commitment

Our work is about people, and that includes everyone who visits this website. We want it to be usable by people with disabilities, whether they use a screen reader, magnification, voice control, a keyboard alone, or any other assistive technology.

The standard we build to

This website is designed and built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

What we’ve done

  • Readable in both themes. Text and interface colors meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark mode, which you can switch with the button in the header.
  • Keyboard access. Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard. Focus is always clearly visible, and a “Skip to main content” link is the first thing on every page.
  • Structure for assistive technology. Pages use proper headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can navigate them. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers; meaningful ones have text alternatives.
  • Motion that respects your settings. Content fades in gently as you scroll. If your device is set to reduce motion, the animation is switched off entirely, and all content is present on the page whether or not it has animated.
  • Zoom and reflow. Pages work when zoomed to 400% and on screens as narrow as 320 pixels, without scrolling sideways.
  • Touch targets. Buttons and links are large enough to tap comfortably — at least 44 by 44 pixels for primary controls.
  • Plain language. We write as clearly as we can, including in our legal documents.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any content on this website that does not meet the standard. We review the site whenever it changes. If you find something we have missed, please tell us.

Compatibility

The website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers — Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari — on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.

If you need an accommodation at any stage of a recruiting process we are running, tell us and we will arrange it with the client.

How we assess this

This statement is based on our own evaluation of the website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, using automated accessibility testing and manual keyboard testing. It was last reviewed on the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.
