This website does not set cookies — not for analytics, advertising, social media or anything else — and it does not load any third-party advertising or tracking code. That is why you have not seen a cookie banner.
The one thing we store: your display preference
If you use the light/dark switch in the header, your browser saves your choice in its local storage so the site looks the way you chose next time. This:
- stays on your own device and is never sent to us;
- contains only the word “light” or “dark”;
- is not used to identify or track you; and
- is strictly necessary to provide a feature you asked for.
You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this website. The site will then follow your device’s light or dark setting.
Analytics without tracking
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It is designed for privacy:
- it does not use cookies or local storage;
- it does not use fingerprinting to recognize you;
- it does not track you across other websites; and
- it gives us aggregate totals only — page views, referring websites, country, and browser and device type — never a profile of an individual.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information for every request — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to keep the website running and secure. This does not involve cookies. See our Privacy Policy.
If this changes
If we ever add cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires.
